How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends and summer events. For large weddings or corporate events, 2–3 months ahead is ideal. That said, get in touch even if your event is sooner — we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
What is the minimum number of guests you cater for?
We can start from as little as 10 guests, depending on the location, time of year and other factors. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.
Do you cook on-site or deliver pre-cooked food?
We cook fresh on the day at your venue using our traditional jerk drum pans. This is what makes Pon Di Grill special — your guests get that authentic smoky flavour straight off the grill. In some circumstances we can cook and deliver to your location if that's what you prefer.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We can accommodate halal, gluten-free, and pescatarian diets. Please let us know your requirements when you enquire and we'll make sure everyone is catered for. We take allergies seriously and will always be transparent about ingredients.
How much does catering cost?

How far do you travel?
We are based in the UK and travel nationwide for events. A travel surcharge may apply for events outside our local area and this will always be clearly outlined in your quote. No hidden fees, ever.
